Our Club’s History

The Rotary Club of Scarborough was founded in 1956 by a group of people who wanted to make a difference in our community.

Since that time the club has contributed well over $3 million dollars to local and international projects designed to make our society a better place.

A few of the highlights over the years include being the foundation club behind Wheelchairs for Kids, the iconic Scarborough Clock tower and assistance to students at local primary and High Schools. Of course there have been many more.

What will the future hold? Nothing is pre-ordained but the Rotary Club of Scarborough looks forward to making a positive contribution within our local community and around the world.
