Membership of RC of Scarborough:
On payment of dues, Membership is on a yearly basis and is governed by the Club Constitution and By-Laws which can be read by clicking here.

Resignation, Cancellation and Termination of Membership is governed by the Club Constitution.

Payments:

Events:
Payments for events can be made as soon as the Event is advertised on the Club website.
All online payments for events are acknowledged by a confirmation of payment/order which
Members & Guests who pay for events but due to unforeseen circumstances are unable to attended should contact the organiser of the event to negotiate a refund.

Donations:
Donations to the Rotary Club Of Scarborough WA Inc. charitable collections can be made by:
1) Cash to the Club Treasurer or
2) Cheque made payable to the RC of Scarborough detailing the specific project that the donations is being made.
3) EFTPOS facilities at Club meetings.
4) eWAY transaction via the club website
All Donations will be acknowledged by a receipt from the club Secretary/Treasurer and monies directed to the particular project  specified by the donor.

General:
All online payments are acknowledged by a conformation of payment/order.

Refunds:
1) In compliance with Australian Consumer Law, full refunds will be available in the instance of major faults/defects with all memberships/events/donations.
