The Clocktower and flag pole at Scarborough beach foreshore were projects of the Club to mark the 150th Anniversary of the State’s foundation and the 75th Anniversary of the founding of Rotary International. The Clocktower is on the Western Australian Register of Historical Places and has become the symbol of the Club's involvement in the Community since its foundation in 1956.
